Terms & Conditions
Effective: January 2026
1. Reservation
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written acknowledgment from our concierge office. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Payment
A retainer secures the vehicle and chauffeur. Final balances are due in advance of service.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than seventy-two hours before service receive a full refund. Within this window, a rebooking credit is provided.
4. Conduct
The cabin is a no-smoking environment. Damage caused by misuse, soiling or unauthorised activity will be invoiced at cost.
5. Liability
Royal Luxe Group maintains full commercial coverage on every journey. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or non-performance due to weather, public order, infrastructure failure or other events beyond reasonable control. Alternate arrangements will be offered.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
